We receive and respond to email, fax and telephone calls during our regular business hours, 9am to 5pm Tuesday through Sunday. We’re closed on Mondays and some major holidays. Please enter all address information, including zip code, email and a daytime telephone number. We won’t share or sell your contact information, but we do have to be able to reach you if there’s a question or problem concerning your order. Zip+4 code will usually reduce the transit time in shipping, so please include the +4 code if you know it. 2. If the shipping name or address is different from the billing name and address, please enter the recipient’s name, full shipping address including the zip code, and telephone number. Some shipping companies (UPS as one example) require the destination phone number. If your order will ship by air freight, you must supply the preferred airport name or code. If the order is a gift, please specify the gift card message. 3. Florida sales tax and documents fees are additional, if applicable. Plant shipments to Arizona and Hawaii must be accompanied by a phytosanitary certificate (currently $50.00 per shipment). For Hawaii shipments, please fax or mail a copy of your import permit; we cannot complete your order without it. These are requirements of the respective state agriculture authorities. Documents fees are set by the government agencies involved, not by us. For international orders, please see more information below. 4. Be sure you have entered all digits of your credit card, and the expiration date. We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Diners Club. Conditions of Sale General terms $25.00 minimum order. We do not accept C.O.D. orders. Orders are filled in the sequence they are received. Occasionally shipments may be delayed pending more moderate weather conditions. All offerings are subject to prior sale. We reserve the right to withdraw any offering from sale and to limit quantities. We guarantee all plants to be true to identity. We make no warranty as to the productiveness of any plants sold. Our responsibility shall be limited to the purchase price, in any case. Shipping Domestic Transactions: Unless otherwise specified, all orders are shipped by US Priority Mail or UPS Ground, and are charged packing and shipping as specified in the chart below. Large orders, large plants, or blooming plants with large inflorescences may require oversize cartons which incur additional shipping charges. In general, items larger than 24" require oversize cartons. We reserve the right to hold shipments during periods of inclement weather. Federal Express, DHL or other expedited shipping services are available at additional cost.  If you prefer, you may request net shipping charges billed directly to your shipping account with FedEx, UPS or DHL. Please contact us to provide your complete shipping account information. Packing and handling charges are 10% of order for direct-billed shipping. Domestic packing and shipping: Packing Charge of 10% of order total applies in all cases. Standard orders will be sent by the carrier of our choice (USPS Priority, USPS Express or UPS Ground Service). Carrier and/or type of service may be specified by the customer and will then be billed directly to the customer at cost. Shipping for large arrangements and large blooming plants which require oversize boxes will be billed at cost. Generally, plants over 24” in height will require oversize boxes. Include “declared value” for customs and insurance purposes. Please specify destination airport and preferred air routing if appropriate. We recommend Express Mail or Air Freight to foreign addresses. Both require prepayment of shipping charges, so please calculate sufficient funds to cover (minimum, 20% of plant order). If you wish, we will assist you in estimating shipping charges. For international air freight, please also provide complete contact information for your broker or agent, or other “notify party”, if applicable.  If your country requires an import permit, please submit a legible copy of your entire permit with your order, by fax, air post or email. List on a separate sheet of paper ALL documents required with your shipment, for example phytosanitary certificate, certified invoice, etc. Documentation charges are $50.00 per order for state phytosanitary certificate. If your country requires a CITES certificate and/or USDA (federal) phytosanitary certificate, additional fees will be charged; cost for CITES certificate varies by destination.
